Bologna recipe:
Ingredients (for 4-5 servings): 800 g ground meat, 1 tbsp oil, 80 g Szafi Reform bolognese base, 4 dl water, 1 dl plain tomato paste
Preparation:
Fry the ground meat in hot oil. Meanwhile, mix the bolognese powder with water and tomato paste.
Finally, pour the base mixture, mixed in water and tomato paste, over the meat and cook for 2 minutes from boiling, stirring continuously over medium heat. Serve with cooked pasta according to diet.
Tip: Vegetarians and vegans can replace meat with eggplant, for example!
Ingredients: Tomato powder, salt, tapioca starch, sweetener (erythritol), paprika, celery, garlic, onion, parsley, basil, oregano, chives, rosemary, cloves.
