Szafi Reform Paleo cake flour blend, with which perfect texture and taste, paleo, sweet cakes can be made very easily. Gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free product.
100g of flour blend provides 84 kJ / 21 kcal of energy, deriving from dietary fiber.
100g of prepared sponge cake provides 30 kJ / 7.4 kcal of energy, deriving from dietary fiber.
100g of flour blend contains 30.3 grams of erythritol carbohydrate. This polyol has zero calories and absorbable carbohydrate content.
100g of prepared sponge cake contains 10.6 grams of erythritol carbohydrate. This polyol has zero caloric content and absorbable carbohydrate content.
It does not contain added sugar. It contains naturally occurring sugars.

Sponge cake:
Ingredients (for a 600g sponge cake):
- 210 g Szafi Reform Paleo cake flour
- 6 pcs. size M eggs
- 35 g Szafi Reform coconut oil (liquid!)
- 80g of water
Preparation: Add the coconut oil and water to the cake flour. Separate 6 M-sized egg yolks and whites. Add the yolks to the flour, and beat the whites until stiff peaks form. Add 3/4 of the egg white mixture to the flour, along with the oil, egg yolks, and water. Mix them together using a mixer. Gently fold in the remaining egg whites. Pour the batter into an 18 cm form and smooth the top with a wet spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. After baking, let it cool on a rack, then fill it with your favorite cake cream.
Ingredients: coconut flour, tapioca starch, sweetener (erythritol), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (konjac gum).
