The valerian root extract (Valeriana) contributes to overcoming stress caused by a hectic lifestyle, relaxation, and peaceful and restful sleep. The hop flower and lemon balm leaf extract contribute to proper relaxation, healthy sleep, and support the maintenance of normal nerve condition and mental balance. Schisandra may contribute to increasing adaptability to stress. B1 and B6 vitamins contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Dosage: Take 1-2 capsules orally before bedtime.

- Schizandra sinensis fruit: 150 mg / 300 mg,
- Lemon balm leaf extract: 60 mg / 120 mg
- catnip extract: 50 mg / 100 mg,
- Hop flower extract: 30 mg / 60 mg
- Vitamin B6: 1.4 mg (NRV 100%) / 2.8 mg (NRV 200%)
- Vitamin B1: 1.1 mg (NRV 100%) / 2.2 mg (NRV 200%).
