Dosage recommendation:
Dissolve 11g of powder (1 measuring spoon) in half a volume of water (2-3dl), milk, yogurt, or any other liquid. It can be consumed cyclically, over a period of three months, by consuming 11g of collagen daily, then it is sufficient to consume 11g weekly or to consume half a dose daily on a permanent basis.
