BALINT DROPLET COLD PRESSED FLAXSEED WITH BLACK CUMIN SEED The black cumin seed (Nigella sativa) was highly valued by Egyptian pharaohs, which is why the oil made from it is called the "gold of pharaohs". Its superior nutritional value is due to its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E. The black seed can be used as a spice on its own (for pastries, sour dishes). Nigella sativa oil has a very high nutritional value, containing a large amount of minerals and amino acids. The product contains over 50% of polyunsaturated fatty acids - omega-3 and -6 fatty acids, and monounsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid.
