The process of making syrup: Grains are ground into flour. After adding water and GMO-free enzymes, they are mixed at a specified temperature. The enzymes break down the long starch molecules into smaller ones. Through mechanical filtration, the liquid is separated from insoluble materials, then the syrup is thickened by heating, making it ready for packaging. The finished syrup is poured into tanks of various sizes.
Usage:
substitute for sugar and honey. For sweetening, cookies, muesli bars, cakes, sauces, yogurts, soy-based milk and desserts, ice creams, syrups, beverage preparation.
