A dietary supplement capsule containing fiber and herbs, formulated to meet the needs of active dieters. The box contains two types of capsules, which can support your active weight loss regimen when taken in the morning upon waking up and at night before bedtime.
Before breakfast and lunch
Take the fiber-rich pink capsule before breakfast and lunch. Glucomannan, psyllium husk, and inulin are all bulking fiber sources. It is crucial to swallow it with plenty of liquid (at least 2-3 dl) so that the capsule reaches the stomach and can work effectively.
Evening
Take the green capsule containing herbs and chromium in the evening. Garcinia cambogia promotes the conversion of fats into energy, Indian nettles support weight management, help regulate fat metabolism. Chromium participates in the normal metabolism of macronutrients, contributes to maintaining normal blood sugar levels.
Dosage: Take 2 x 1 pink capsule daily in the morning and before lunch with plenty of fluid (at least 2-3 dl); and 1 green capsule in the evening.
