Where advantageous, the vitamins and minerals are partially derived from organic cultivation (bio) of medicinal and spice herbs. Concerning the quantities, it was consistently important to ensure that the daily dose contains the effective dosage found, but under no circumstances exceeds realistic quantities, meaning the amount that could not be covered through nutrition in any way. Additionally, it is extremely important that nothing irrelevant interferes with the carefully selected ingredients.
Recommended Intake:
Any time during a main meal of the day, all four capsules can be taken at once, preferably in the morning or during the day rather than in the evening. If you want to maximize absorption and/or have a sensitive stomach, then take the white capsule on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal, one yellow capsule during the first, one during the second main meal, while the softgel oil capsules with any main meal, but preferably with the meal richest in fats, not in the evening.
