Product Description
This is a delicious cereal, which is a cracked wheat rich in fiber. It is most popular in Turkey and the Middle East, but also consumed in Southern Europe, India, and increasingly in our country as well. The wheat grains are harvested before full ripening, threshed, then steamed and dried. In many places, this is done in the sun. After drying, the grains are roughly crushed. Thanks to the pre-steaming, bulgur cooks very quickly, it is enough to just scald it.
You can use it for making side dishes, cooked meals, and salads too!
