Dosage:
Gradual usage is recommended at the beginning:
1st week 1x1 capsule daily
2nd week 2x1 capsules daily
3rd week 3x1 capsules daily
before meals, fifteen minutes prior.
(For elevated dosage, 2x2 capsules daily.)
Continuing with the dosage of the 3rd week is advised thereafter.
