The liver is not only the richest source of vitamin A, but a real nutrient bomb. Steamed carrots and squash are also excellent sources of vitamin A (through carotenes), which also contain many other useful nutrients. It is better to meet our vitamin A needs from these sources than to supplement them. Unfortunately, many people do not like or avoid liver, while they also do not prefer carrot/squash consumption. For them, we recommend our product, especially if they also take D3 vitamin. We recommend supplementing them with the same amount or at most twice as much IU of vitamin A as they consume D3. Dosage: We recommend consuming 1-10 drops per day, depending on the content of vitamin A in our diet and the intake of D3 vitamin.
