    Product Description


    With the flour mix, you can easily make gluten-free, low-carb, paleo-friendly dumplings, noodles, and homemade pasta.


    Ingredients for (350 grams) of noodles:



    • 70 g Szafi Reform low-carb gluten-free pasta flour mix

    • 2 g salt

    • 2 pieces of medium-sized eggs (104 g)

    • 25 g water


    Preparation:


    Place about 2 liters of water with a pinch of salt on the stove to boil.


    Mix the salt, water, and eggs, then add the flour and work them until smooth.


    While the water is boiling, let the dough rest.


    Then bring to a low temperature, so that the water only simmers, and add the noodles/dumplings.


    Meanwhile, mix it several times.


    Reduce the heat and bring it back to a boil (about 3-4 minutes of boiling should be enough).


    Finally, strain it in cold water.


    Only sprinkle the above serving into the water at once, if preparing more serving, sprinkle them into another pot of boiling water.



    Ingredients: Tapioca starch, bamboo fiber flour, sesame seed flour, psyllium husk flour, coconut flour, sweet potato flour.
