Ten makaron jest zwany potocznie makaronem Miracle, ponieważ zawiera tylko śladowe ilości węglowodanów, nie zawiera cukru ani glutenu i jest praktycznie bezkaloryczny. Zawiera głównie glukomannan, rozpuszczalny błonnik spożywczy. Ma bardzo delikatny smak, dlatego jego zastosowanie jest wszechstronne.

Usage recommendation: Instead of regular pasta, try this healthy Konjac pasta, especially for Asian dishes, whether it's soup, Stir Fry, or pasta salad.
Preparation suggestion: The easiest way is to simply drain it, rinse it, and it's ready for hot soup, or pour the sauces if making a pasta dish. No cooking required. Another common preparation method is to dry fry it in a non-stick pan without fat at high heat, also known as dry toasting. Fry it until it makes squeaky/crunchy sounds, which usually happens within 1 minute. With this method, you can make firmer, more solid, harder pasta for soups, sauces, Asian dishes, and it also reduces its bitterness.
Note: Konjac pasta has a unique smell, which might seem strange to those who are not used to it or have never experienced it before. This smell can be eliminated by rinsing.
