Product Description
Supplementary treatment for diabetes, colitis, cystitis, and gastritis.
The stimulating effect of blackberry leaf on metabolism may play a role in maintaining healthy levels of cholesterol and blood sugar. Its tea has been a popular remedy for diabetes even before the discovery of insulin in 1920. Currently, it is recommended as a supplement to drug therapy in tea blends.
Due to its diuretic effect, the decoction of the leaf can be consumed by those suffering from kidney and bladder problems several times a day, half an hour before meals. It is also an ingredient in tea blends for colitis and diabetes.
Preparation: Steep 1-2 tablespoons of blackberry leaves in 2.5 dl of boiling water, let it stand for 5-10 minutes, then strain, consume it 2-3 times a day, without flavoring.
