You can easily make gluten-free, low-carb no-yeast langos, bread langos, stuffed langos with the help of the flour mixture.
Usage recommendation:
LÁNGOS RECIPE (with minimum 30% reduced carbohydrate content compared to traditional lángos)
Ingredients (4 pcs, approx. 100 grams each langos):
- 200 g Szafi Reform gluten-free low-carb langos flour mix
- 6 g salt
- 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 pcs of size M eggs
- 100 g water
- +10 g of flour mixture for kneading and shaping
- also, you can add 2-3 g of dried garlic powder
Preparation:
Heat the coconut oil. Mix all ingredients except the flour mixture with a hand whisk, then add the flour mixture and knead until smooth.
Next, knead the dough on a floured surface, divide it into 4 equal weight pieces, knead into small balls, and shape 16-18 cm in diameter langos with your hands so that the edges of the langos are thicker than the center. Fry each langos separately in hot oil (each side for about 3-3 minutes, but this time may vary depending on the heat of the stove!)
Place the langos on a paper towel (use another paper towel to blot off excess fat).
The product may contain mustard seeds, celery, nuts, sulphites, star anise!
Ingredients: Tapioca starch, bamboo fiber flour, sesame seed flour, psyllium seed husk flour, coconut flour, sweet potato flour.
