Evaporation: add 5-8 drops to the water-filled part of the aroma lamp, vaporizer, or diffuser. It has a good effect on the health of the respiratory tract in viral, cold periods, energizes and awakens the senses.
Aromatherapy Bath: thoroughly mix 3-4 drops of oil in 1 tablespoon of cream, honey, or bubble bath, then add it to the bath water.
Rinsing: In case of sore throat and bad breath, add 1 drop to 1 dl water and gargle, rinse.
Brushing: In case of toothache, gum inflammation, dissolve 1-2 drops of clove oil in 1 teaspoon of base oil (e.g. Olive oil) and apply it directly on the painful area.
For skin and hair care: dissolve 2-3 drops of oil in a base oil (e.g. Jojoba oil) and apply directly to the inflamed, acne-prone skin surface. This mixture can also be used as massage oil to increase blood circulation, massaging it into the scalp stimulates hair growth, and it also relieves itching caused by insect bites.
