What is it good for?
Essential oil extracted from the evergreen foliage and branches can help alleviate joint and musculoskeletal complaints, and can also be used to treat insect bites.
How do we use it?
For air freshening, humidifying, skincare.
Diffusion: add 1 drop each of lemon eucalyptus, ginger, rosemary, and grapefruit essential oils to the water-filled base of your aroma lamp, diffuser, or humidifier.
Insect bites: Dilute 2-2 drops of lemon eucalyptus, cedarwood, and French lavender essential oils in half a tablespoon of base oil, then apply the mixture to the skin.
Body care: dissolve 3 drops of oil in 10 ml of almond oil, or add 15 drops of lemon eucalyptus, 10 drops of English lavender, and 2 drops of clove oil to 50 ml of grape seed oil. Both blends may also be suitable for relieving rheumatic complaints as a rub.
