Menthol crystals are produced by cooling the essential oils of common mint species (Mentha piperita, Mentha arvensis). Usage
Place 1-2 menthol crystals in a plastic bottle, then add half a liter of warm water, and shake well for better mixing. Store the menthol liquid in a well-sealed bottle. Before going to the sauna, shake the liquid again and pour any desired amount onto the sauna stones. The process can be repeated as needed.

Store in a cool place, away from light, in a sealed bag. Keep out of reach of children! Do not take menthol crystals in crystalline form into the sauna!
