Product Description
It helps to relieve respiratory problems and increase the body's resistance during colds thanks to the following essential oils:
- Lemon: Lemon oil is almost essential for disinfecting the air in various rooms (hospitals etc.), which is especially advisable to use during epidemic periods (so it can be used not only as an air freshener).
- Spruce: The mentioned spruce oils have antimicrobial, skin reddening, circulation-boosting, and toning effects.
- Eucalyptus: can be used as an ingredient in refreshing, mood-boosting, and attention-focusing air freshener blends.
- Niaouli oil: Niaouli oil containing viridiflorol as the main component can be used for treating children's respiratory problems in diffusers, aromatherapy baths, respiratory chest creams, and respiratory inhalation blends.
Sauna
When it comes to sauna, it is important to know that essential oils primarily exert their effects through inhalation. In addition to their beneficial physiological effects, they can also positively influence emotions and mood. For sauna use, add 2-5 drops of essential oil blend to the ladle water, then pour it onto the hot stones. In a dry sauna, the essential oils primarily affect the respiratory system, nervous system, and emotions, while in a steam bath, the essential oil vapor that comes in contact with the skin can have particularly beneficial effects on the skin and underlying tissues.
Ingredients: lemon, pine, eucalyptus, niaouli oil.
Attention!
In certain cases (e.g. heart and circulatory diseases, inflammatory diseases, acute joint problems, respiratory diseases, pregnancy, fever etc.), sauna bathing is contraindicated, so consult your general practitioner before sauna bathing.
Essential oils are flammable, so they should not be poured directly on hot stones, used mixed with alcohol, or stored in the operating sauna! When using them, consider the possibility of individual oil sensitivities, and after use, ensure thorough ventilation of the sauna room!
