Preparation:
1 part bulgur, 2 parts water cook in about 20 minutes.
It is advisable to let it stand in its own steam for a few minutes after the cooking time has elapsed without removing the lid.
Extra tip: add ATAISZ VEGA-MIX to the cooking water.
