Evening primrose oil is made from the seeds of a plant native to North America.
The healing properties may come from the content of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is an omega-6 fatty acid found in plant oils.
Dosage, recommended usage:
One dose = 2 capsules 2x1 capsule per day
Storage: Store in a tightly closed, dry, cool, and light-protected place, out of reach of children.

evening primrose oil; D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E); capsule shell: bulking agent (modified starch, carrageenan), humectant (glycerin), anticaking agent (sodium carbonate)
