Citric acid (Minimum 99.5% purity), granules
Uses: Suitable for making syrups, soft drinks, jams, fruit wines, preserving pickles and jams, and water softening.
Application and dosage: When preserving, vegetables and fruits placed in citric acid solution will retain their original color and flavor, remaining crispy and fresh. Dissolve the desired amount of citric acid based on taste (3-4g/kg for pickles, 2-4g/L for fruit juice) in water and add it to the preparation. Can be used as a substitute for lemon juice, in which case 1 tablespoon of citric acid is equivalent to 10 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool, and sunlight-free place.
