Product Description
Rosehip tea stimulates bile function, making it good for liver problems and excellent as a diuretic. The active ingredients in rosehips are found in the seeds, so the tea is made from two spoonfuls of crushed rosehips: boil for 10 minutes in half a liter of water. To preserve the vitamin C in it, add the rosehips to the water as it boils. Once cooled, drink sweetened, warm or cold, in several doses throughout the day.
Dosage:
The usual dose is 1-2 grams of leaf powder or chopped leaves, fruit.
