Preparation: Season the salted and peppered meat with paleo flour (e.g. sesame flour, almond flour, tapioca flour), dip it in beaten eggs, then coat it in paleo breadcrumbs and fry it in fat (first on high heat for a few minutes, then reduce the heat). It will turn slightly lighter than traditional breadcrumbs when fried. Suitable for thickening meatballs, liver dumplings, or as a dumpling soup topping. Enough for about 8 pieces of meat. For smaller, finer grains, grind it a bit in a coffee grinder.
