DaraMix is the perfect substitute for traditional wheat semolina - all of this in the already well-known excellent quality and without carbs! Its neutral taste and grainy texture guarantee that the dishes made from it will be deceptively similar to those made from traditional wheat semolina!

Ingredients:
30g DaraMix, 2 large eggs, 1dl milk/plant-based milk, 1 teaspoon of butter + a little in the pan, salt, bourbon vanilla powder, grated zest and juice of half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 3-4 tablespoons of erythritol
Preparation:
Mix the DaraMix, salt, vanilla, lemon zest, baking powder, and sweetener together. Warm up the milk, add the eggs and melted butter, mix well and thoroughly combine with the semolina mixture. Fry in a hot pan. Serve with sugar-free jam.
Cottage cheese dumplings - for 2 people
Ingredients:
30g DaraMix, 250g cottage cheese, 2 eggs, salt, vanilla, lemon zest
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients, shape walnut-sized balls, then cook them in salty water! Roll the finished dumplings in desiccated coconut, ground walnut, poppy seeds!
