Product Description
NATURA COUSCOUS Couscous is a North African specialty made from scratch. Equal parts of wheat semolina and flour are kneaded, rolled, shaken, and agglomerated with a little salty water until the diameter of the grains doubles and they become perfectly round. Then, they are drizzled with a little oil. Since the work is very laborious, housewives prepare a larger quantity at once and spread the leftovers to dry similarly to what we do with rolled dough. A good couscous swells multiple times during cooking but does not become sticky or lumpy. By following a few basic guidelines, it will turn out soft, fragrant, and fluffy.
