Preparation suggestion:
Ingredients: 70 g ice cream powder + 2 dl milk. Pour the milk into a bowl and add the ice cream powder. Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture first at lower speed then at higher speed until it reaches a creamy consistency. Then spoon the mixture into glasses and freeze in the freezer.
Can also be made in an ice cream maker.
