RECIPE FOR VANILLA SLICE
Ingredients:
- 250 g Bake-Free sponge cake muffin flour mix
- 90 g Eden Premium erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 310 g of room temperature water
Preparation:
Mix together the wet and dry ingredients, then pour and work thoroughly. Immediately pour into a 24x24 centimeter silicone-lined baking pan, then bake in a preheated 180-degree oven with both top-bottom heat for 25 minutes. Can be topped with favorite cream, jam. Can stir in fruits, chocolate. Can be flavored with favorite spices.
RECIPE FOR 5 MUFFINS
- 125 g Bake-Free sponge cake muffin flour mix
- 45 g Eden Premium erythritol
- half a teaspoon of vanilla extract or powder
- 155 g room temperature water
Preparation:
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, then pour them together and mix thoroughly. Spoon into silicone muffin molds. Bake in a preheated 180 degree Celsius oven with both top and bottom heat for 20 minutes until done.
Ingredients: millet flour, tapioca starch, psyllium husk flour, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid)
