The Barbara product line is specifically developed for those with gluten sensitivities. Therefore, they do not contain gluten, sugar, or milk, but mostly other ingredients.
Ingredients: sugar, honey (25%), cornstarch, margarine [vegetable oils and fats (palm, rapeseed, sunflower in varying proportions), water, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavor, color: carotenes], milk, egg white, whole egg, egg yolk, rice flour, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, potato starch, corn flour, water, thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum, cinnamon, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, cloves, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sugar beet fiber, flavor.
