Its beneficial physiological effects can be achieved by consuming it alone with a spoon, or by mixing into our dishes. We recommend it primarily for cold cuisine products, cream cheeses, cumin, paprika, garlic sandwich spreads, cottage cheese, sheep cheese, ground bacon dip, and salads. A natural cream cheese drizzled with flaxseed oil and finely chopped red onions can be a splendid, healthy breakfast choice. Flaxseed oil should not be heated, do not cook with it!
