Fun fact: How much and when should we take magnesium?
It is advisable to take magnesium in a state of calmness, with the best time being in the evening, possibly after dinner. It's worth noting that magnesium is not absorbed in a nervous and stressful state!
If in a very deficient state, it is possible to start with a higher dose: 2 weeks with 2×400 mg daily, which should be taken in the afternoon and evening.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, away from light. It is recommended to close the box after consumption, and to use it within two months after opening.
