Usage recommendation: Just like glass noodles, in soups, cold salads. Its greatest advantage is that it only needs to be dipped in hot water or soup, and it is ready to eat with the appropriate texture. Combine with vegetables, meat, shrimp, clams, spices, according to preference and taste.
It is commonly used in one-pot meals, soups, stuffed pastas, salads, and even beverages. It is a bland type of pasta that doesn't have much flavor on its own.
