Hulala gluten- and lactose-free pastry plant-based whipping cream alternative is an excellent choice for making cakes and ice creams and for decoration. With its help, you can create well-shaped, long-lasting foam. For optimal results, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator for 12 hours before use. Afterwards, it can be easily whipped by hand and machine, either on its own or with the addition of 30% cream. The already prepared foam maintains its texture even when chilled at 8-12 degrees Celsius.
