Green coffee extract contains a significant amount of chlorogenic acid and polyphenols, while its caffeine content is moderate. Garcinia cambogia plays a role in fat metabolism processes, contributes to reducing hunger, thus supporting weight control. Bitter orange is involved in the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates, helping to maintain body weight. Chromium plays a role in the metabolism of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats) and in the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
We recommend using the product as a supplement to a weight loss diet, along with increased physical activity/exercise.
Recommended consumption:
Take 2 tablets daily, half an hour to fifteen minutes before main meals.
