Vitamin C contributes to reducing fatigue and tiredness, normal collagen formation, and thus to maintaining the normal condition of veins, skin, teeth, gums, cartilage, and bones. Vitamin D contributes to maintaining healthy bone structure and muscle function, as well as to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K plays a role in maintaining normal bone structure. Manganese, zinc, and calcium contribute to maintaining normal bone structure. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function. Manganese contributes to normal connective tissue formation. Copper plays a role in maintaining the normal condition of connective tissues.
