JutaVit Eye-Lutein Plus Duo is recommended to meet the special nutritional needs for age-related eye diseases (e.g. macular degeneration) as well as for protection against strong light radiation and oxidative eye damage. Lutein is a component of the retina and lens of the eye. Vitamin B2 and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2, zinc, and selenium, thanks to their antioxidant effects, contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
DHA helps to maintain normal vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The fish oil in the product contains omega-3 fatty acids in their natural (TG) form. The selenium and zinc in JutaVit Plus are exclusively in an organic form, derived from L-selenomethionine and zinc gluconate, which are well-absorbed.
