JutaVit Multivitamin for adults is a complex product that contains vitamins as well as various minerals, trace elements, Coenzyme Q10, choline, inositol, and rosehip extract. The extended-release film-coated tablets continuously release the ingredients for better absorption in our bodies. Copper, zinc, B6, B12, C, D3 vitamin, selenium, and iron contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Manganese, zinc, B2, E, and C vitamins contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress. Calcium is necessary for maintaining normal bone structure. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and proper nervous system function. Folic acid, iron, B3, B6, B12 vitamins help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Biotin and zinc help maintain normal hair and skin. Choline contributes to maintaining normal liver function. Vitamin D helps maintain a healthy skeletal structure.
Dosage: Take 1 film-coated tablet with liquid daily, swallow whole.
