Shepherd's purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris)
Description: Internally used tea for irregular menstrual bleeding during menstruation, it has a blood-clotting effect as a complementary treatment, but cannot replace medical treatment! Anti-inflammatory, externally used for compresses on small, surface wounds, blood-clotting.
Preparation suggestion: Pour one tablespoon of chopped herb (approx. 2g) over 150 ml of boiling water, soak for 5-8 minutes, then strain. Can be consumed with 2-3 cups daily. Daily dosage: 4-6g
