    Product Description

Evening primrose oil is extracted from the seeds of the evening primrose plant through cold pressing. Due to the extremely small size of the plant's seeds, evening primrose oil is one of the most expensive oils in the world. The plant is native to the northern regions of America, and for centuries, Native American traditional medicine has used it to treat and relieve skin problems, wounds, and inflammations. Traders brought the plant to Europe during the age of great geographical discoveries, first in England and then spread to other parts of the continent.

We mainly favor evening primrose oil for its high antioxidant content, as it neutralizes free radicals in our body, slowing down the aging processes.

    Uses:

In creams and cosmetics: in face creams, body lotions, lip balms, hand creams. Thanks to its high antioxidant content, it neutralizes free radicals, slows down the aging processes of the skin, and tightens it.

Post-weight loss: it is excellent for tightening loose skin during weight loss. It can be applied mixed into our body lotion or used on its own as a massage oil.

For eczema, psoriasis: evening primrose oil is also suitable for the most sensitive skin care, soothing, revitalizing, and moisturizing the skin, reducing inflammation.

For making natural cosmetics: it can be used alone or combined with essential oils in making natural soaps and other cosmetics.

For hair care: primarily used for caring for dry, split, dull hair. Tip: spread half a teaspoon in our palms, then gently rub it into the hair ends. It can be applied on dry and wet hair, does not require rinsing. Repeat two to three times a week.

For nail care: by massaging it into fragile, peeling nails and the nail bed, we can strengthen our nails, reduce dryness and inflammation of the nail bed, and obtain stronger, shinier nails.

For dry skin care: it can be used all over the body as a body lotion on its own or mixed into our favorite body lotion. Especially recommended for caring for damaged skin during cold and the harmful effects of the environment in autumn and winter.

For skin tightening: we can enjoy the firming effect of evening primrose oil on the decolletage, thigh, armpit area, and on loose skin after weight loss.

In anti-aging cosmetics: evening primrose oil is rich in essential fatty acids, so it has extremely good skin care properties. It can be effectively used in reducing fine lines around the eyes and mouth, in caring for the sensitive area around the eyes, in reducing dark circles under the eyes. Its natural fatty acids replenish and make the skin firmer and more radiant. Due to its natural linoleic and linolenic acid content, it prevents the loss of skin moisture, thereby reducing aging processes.

For problematic facial skin: its use primarily helps in cases of eczema, itchy, sensitive skin. Due to its anti-inflammatory and moisturizing effects, it reduces symptoms, calms, and revitalizes facial skin.

For making massage oils, creams: combined with other base oils and essential oils, we can create a fragrant, firming massage oil. By massaging, we can stimulate the penetration of vitamins into the skin, improving their effectiveness.

Contraindication: the use of evening primrose oil is not recommended under the age of five, as it cannot be absorbed by the bodies of those going through tooth replacement.
