Organic cornstarch can be used to thicken soups, stews, and sauces, as well as for making roux, baking, adding to muesli, or enjoyed on its own as a porridge.
Contains no artificial coloring or other chemical substances. Gluten, dairy and soy free.
Quick and easy to make: put desired amount of cornmeal into a bowl, then pour hot water or a dairy substitute over it until it covers it by about 1 cm. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Optionally, you can add dried or fresh fruits, jam, and sweeteners according to taste.
