The Szafi Free buckwheat pancake flour mix makes it easy and quick to prepare pancakes without using milk and eggs. The pancakes made this way can be included in the diet of vegans.
A product rich in dietary fiber. Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, nut-free, corn-free, potato-free, rice-free thinly rolled, easily rolled pancake.
Pancake recipe:
Ingredients (for 1 pancake):
- 40 g Flour mixture
- 5 g of erythritol (or any diet-appropriate granulated sweetener/sugar)
- 75 g of water
Preparation:
Preheat a pancake griddle. Measure the water, add the sugar/sweetener. Then add 40 g of flour mixture. Quickly mix with a hand whisk until pancake batter consistency. (No resting required!) Cook in a pan sprayed with oil spray, similar to traditional pancake batter.
Note:
- Mix the pancake batters individually to prevent them from thickening while cooking!
- Of course, it can also be made in a savory version, using a pinch of salt instead of sweetener (about 0.3 g!). Perfect as a tortilla substitute!
- Be careful not to make the pancake griddle too hot, as it can cause small holes to form in the pancake batter!
Ingredients: Buckwheat flour, tapioca starch, psyllium husk flour, salt, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).
