You can easily make gluten-free curd dumplings, semolina dumplings, semolina pudding, biscuit rolls, etc. with Szafi Free oatmeal/semolina.
Usage recommendation:
VEGAN oat dumplings resembling CURD CHEESE DUMPLINGS (in taste and texture) (gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, sugar-free)
Ingredients (for 8 dumplings):
- 70 g Szafi Reform cookie flour
- 80 g Szafi Free gluten-free oatmeal / oat grits
- 20 g Szafi Reform erythritol
- 1 small pinch (0.5g) Szafi Reform Himalayan salt
- 6 g organic lemon zest (zest of 1 large lemon)
- 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- a pinch of vanilla powder or 3 caps (5 g) vanilla extract
- 160 g water
For rotation:
- toasted bread crumbs
How to make a dumpling:
Put the oatmeal, sweetener, salt in the water and cook on low heat until thickened.
Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. (Later, when it has cooled down, you can also knead it by hand to ensure everything is well mixed)
