Recipe:
Add the pasta to about ten times the amount of boiling salted water and cook for 4-6 minutes uncovered (cooking time may vary depending on the heat of the stove, the quantity of pasta, and the size of the pot). Stir occasionally during cooking and skim off any foam that forms using a skimmer. After cooking, drain the pasta and rinse it thoroughly with cold water!
Tip: Cook more noodles in more water than usual. Do not cook more than one package (200g) of noodles at once, as the froth created during cooking can easily overflow. The nutritional values provided do not include the salt added as seasoning to the product. Store in a dry, cool place.
Ingredients: Buckwheat flour, drinking water, sweet potato flour.
