With Szafi Free Pizza flour mix, you can make pizza dough without yeast and eggs, which can be included in the diet of vegans and gluten-sensitive individuals. Szafi Free Pizza flour mix is rich in dietary fiber, making it a worthy ingredient for a balanced diet.
Pizza recipe:
Ingredients (for 1 pizza of 20 cm):
- 65 g + 5 g Szafi Free pizza flour mix
- 8 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 50 g lukewarm water
Preparation:
Mix lemon juice, water, and 65 g flour mixture, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
After resting, add enough flour to get a well-kneadable dough (around 5 g), then knead the dough thoroughly, finally shape it with floured hands on a greaseproof paper sprayed with oil (on which it will be baked) into a 20-22 cm pizza base (the oiled greaseproof paper is important so that it does not stick to lower-quality paper after baking)!
Spread generously with tomato sauce (so that the dough can absorb it while baking), then add your favorite toppings.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with both upper and lower heat. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for another 12 minutes.
If you also want to add cheese according to your diet (e.g. vegan cheese), put it on top in the last 5 minutes of baking time.
