    To make fresh spring rolls with rice paper.

    Ingredients: Rice 90%, water 8%, salt 2%

    To make fresh spring rolls: Dip the rice paper in warm water for a short time (a few seconds) (do not use boiling water, as it will fall apart). When softened, fill it with fresh, crunchy ingredients, season with some sauce (So Thai spice pastes are excellent for this) and roll it up into a beautiful roll. Tip: Choose soft-edged ingredients so they don't pierce the rice paper.

    Store in a dry, cool place.
