TICK REMOVAL SPOON
The Tick Removal Spoon is a globally patented device that removes ticks from the skin without pressing, squeezing, or causing pain. Recommended by the Hungarian Tick Alliance, this Hungarian invention has been on the market for over 20 years and has received several international awards.
A tick creates a channel in the victim's skin with its mouthpiece. The tick has nine salivary glands in its mouthpart where it stores pathogens (viruses, bacteria). Therefore, it is essential that the removal process does not involve squeezing or pressing movements (e.g. using nails, thread, tweezers, etc.), as this would force pathogens from the salivary glands into the bloodstream through the punctured channel. The Tick Removal Spoon is uniquely capable of removing the bloodsucker without squeezing or causing pain, safely and without the risk of infection.
