Preparation suggestion
- Boil water for tea! Let it cool down a bit! The ideal water temperature is 80°C, that's how much is needed for the valuable active ingredients to dissolve.
- Use 1 teaspoon of tea blend for half a liter of water.
- Steep the tea blend for 10-15 minutes, then strain it.
- Consume twice a day (morning-evening or during the day) before meals.
The tea prepared in this way contains all the necessary active ingredients and is ready to drink immediately. It does not require any sweeteners, as the tea tastes good without them.
Notes for preparation
You cannot achieve better effects with longer soaking time or more tea blends, but the taste of the tea will not be authentic.
It is worth preparing tea with a high-quality and safe tea strainer or tea filter, because we don't drink healthy tea just to have pollutants end up in our drink during preparation.
To make a serving of tea you need at least 4-5 dl, which is about half a liter of water. This is equivalent to a large-sized cup (or a small jug).
Recommended consumption
The Detox tea should be used on its own, in the long term or periodically: We recommend consuming 1 cup (4-5dl) of freshly brewed tea twice a day, in the morning and evening or during the day.
When used in a curative manner with the Slimming tea, we recommend drinking the Slimming tea twice a day, in the morning and at noon, and consuming a cup (4-5 dl) of the Detox tea after 16 hours.
Important! After 2 months, it is advisable to take a 2-week break in consuming Detox tea.
