What is Instant Peanut Butter?
The manufacturer prepares peanuts using dry roasting technology, so they do not contain any excess oil or additives. The freshly roasted peanuts are then ground immediately and the oil is pressed out of them. The pressed peanuts are ground in several steps to achieve a powder consistency. The resulting peanut powder contains hardly any oil compared to traditional peanut butter, making it safe to consume even during a diet.
