Prepare one of the most characteristic and pleasantly spicy dishes of the Middle East, falafel, which has chickpeas as its main ingredient. You can serve it with hummus, pita, vegan garlic yogurt, fresh salad, and vegetables.
How to prepare in a pan: Mix the minced meat seasoning with about 220 ml of water, let it rest for 6-8 minutes, then shape the mixture into balls and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
Baking suggestion: The dough mixed with water can also be baked in the oven without oil - in a loaf pan or other baking dish.
Tip: Adding finely chopped or grated fresh vegetables can make it even more exciting.
