Ingredients:
Dietary fiber (cellulose), egg powder, sweetener: erythritol, egg white powder, salt, thickener: psyllium husk, konjac flour, xanthan, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), dried yeast; acidity regulator: GDL (glucono-delta-lactone), citric acid.
Basic recipe:
Ingredients: 120g pizza mix, 40ml oil, 200ml water
Preparation:
Combine the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass. Place it on a baking sheet and with wet hands, spread it in circular motions, shaping it to the desired size and thickness (if necessary, wet your hands multiple times). It's not difficult to shape it nicely. Once ready, spread pizza sauce or any base of your choice and sprinkle toppings as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes.
